Returns Policy
If the item is returned unused in the original packaging, we will exchange it for you or offer a refund based on your original method of payment.
The product must be returned to Cooee X Press Pty Ltd with a copy of the Return Authorisation Notice within 10 business days of the authorisation of the Refund or Return request. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, CDs, and registration that shipped with the product.
Please note that Cooee X Press Pty Ltd does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
1. A product that has been configured to your specifications
2. A product that has been special ordered
Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first. We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Authorisation Notice.
If your return is not due to Cooee X Press Pty Ltd's error, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
Cooee X Press Pty Ltd recommends that you:
1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
2. Either insure your package for safe return to Cooee X Press Pty Ltd or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If you choose not to follow both these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please enquire with your carrier about the waiting period for activating a tracking search for lost shipments to ensure that you do not invalidate the terms of refund or return.
Carrier charges for returning product are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cooee X Press Pty Ltd reserves the right to test any returned product. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, Cooee X Press Pty Ltd may impose a handling fee of up to $100.00.
Returns under Warranty
All products to be returned under warranty claim shall be subject to the Warranty specified by the Manufacturer of that product. In all cases please contact us prior to sending an item back for warranty in order for us to provide you with a claim form and claim number.
Cooee X Press Pty Ltd is not responsible for initiating you warranty for the product if it is required. Please ensure you read any correspondance enclosed regarding warranty or you product and action the warranty as detailed.
Delivery
Postage and Handling is charged at $10.00 per order up to 20kg anywhere in Australia*.
We generally send your order via Australia Post and some large or valuable items may need to be signed for.
Your order can be sent to a business address since the order arrives in a plain unidentifiable package that can be signed for by a receptionist.
Express Post
If you wish to have your order express posted this can be arranged. Note ~ Express postage charges will depend on your order weight and your delivery post code and will be later calculated and added to your order after submission.
Please allow approx 5-8 working days from the time we receive your order, to when it arrives back to you by Australia Post (depending on where you live in Australia).
Large Orders & Remote Locations
We reserve the option to charge increased postage for large orders and/or above 20kgs within Australia.
*For some postcodes in the remote regions of NT and WA we may have to charge extra postage.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities.
Tracking orders
Please allow the specified delivery times before contacting us about when you will receive your order. We usually cannot answer this question until that period has lapsed.
